Learn to Swim Classes for Children

													
Ideal for children aged 6 months to 15 years.
We currently have swimming lessons at 5 venues - The PEAK, Wallace High, Bannockburn High, Stirling High and Balfron High Schools. Our programme is designed to teach children through having fun, playing games and other activities in the pool that will help them learn core swimming skills such as breathing, submerging and moving in the water. Swimming strokes will be introduced gradually once your child has learned the basic core water skills and techniques.
Our learn to swim programme follows the new Scottish Swimming’s National Framework for swimming in Scotland which provides a clear set of national standards and a pathway that allows you to follow how your child is progressing and their ability to swim.
